That's awkward

So I just get this email from an old CareerBuilder resume online. I'd forgotten it was even active. I'd thought I had taken it down but I guess not. Anyway the email says they have reviewed my resume and believe I'm qualified for a position they have available. That's good because it's from FROM MY EMPLOYER FOR THE JOB I ALREADY HAVE. It's not to replace me. They are expanding my department and are looking for a couple people. Of course when I use those sites I take all the precautions, make it anonymous, hide my present employer, etc. One place I worked I heard about one guy who sent in a resume off one of those blind newspaper ads which turned out to go to our employer. That's definitely awkward.
